Korean baritone Joo Won Kang, winner of the 2014 McCammon Voice Competition, will join us for a showcase of his prodigious talents. Since its debut in 1985, the McCammon Voice Competition has grown into one of the world's most important operatic events, fostering the artistry and careers of young opera singers. Every two years, the contest, which takes place at Fort Worth Opera, highlights the most compelling young singers of our time. McCammon winners are launched into the international scene, going on to such houses as the Metropolitan Opera and Opéra national de Paris.
